United Front chairman, Prof. Ibrahim Lipumba briefs journalists on
behalf of three opposition political parties on the consensus reached at
their meeting with Inspector General of Police Said Mwema (R ) held
yesterday on their request to have a demonstration on the
constitutional review bill passed recently. A joint rally will be held
