Jakaya Kikwete has a word with Chief of Defence Forces Gen Davis
Mwamunyange (L) at a summit in Pretoria on Tuesday night. The summit was
convened by South African President Jacob Zuma and drew leaders from 15
member countries of the Southern African Development Community (SADC)
and Democratic Republic of Congo’s RC’s neighbours. It was called to
discuss the modalities of forming a rapid-deployment emergency force to
